Are you looking to efficiently address insufficiencies related to documents or details? iBridge offers an automated solution that triggers email and WhatsApp messages to notify candidates when an insufficiency is raised. Follow the steps below to enable this automated process:

  1. Auto-Routing Setup: Whenever an insufficiency is identified, iBridge can automatically send email and WhatsApp notifications to the candidate. To activate this feature, create a support ticket to request auto-routing.
  2. Manual Review and Routing: If you prefer to review insufficiencies before notifying the candidate, you can follow these manual steps:
    1. Click on the candidate profile within the insufficiency page.
    2. Select 'View Detail' to access a detailed overview of the insufficiency.
    3. Routing to Candidate: In the detailed view, review the insufficiency, and if you decide to involve the candidate in resolving it, click 'Route to candidate'. This action triggers an email and WhatsApp message to notify the candidate.
    4. Candidate Response: The candidate will receive a notification with a link in the email and WhatsApp message. By clicking on the provided link, they will be directed to iBridge. Using the credentials mentioned in the email, the candidate can log in to iBridge and respond to the insufficiency promptly.

By leveraging these functionalities, you can seamlessly involve candidates in the insufficiency resolution process, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for all parties involved.
