If you're looking to initiate Background Verification (BGV) for multiple candidates in one go, follow this comprehensive guide:

  1. Choose Mode and Select 'Bulk':
    • Decide whether you want to initiate BGV 'By Candidate' or 'Self.'
    • Select 'Bulk' on the subsequent screen.
  2. Select Package and Checks:
    • Choose the desired Package and select the necessary Checks.
  3. Download Template:
    • Click 'Download Template' to obtain the CSV file for bulk initiation.
  4. Complete CSV File:
    • Open the CSV file, fill in the required details, save the file on your device.
  5. Upload Completed File:
    • Return to the system and upload the filled CSV file by clicking 'Click to upload.'
  6. Error and Duplicacy Check:
    • The system will automatically check for errors or duplicacy in existing records or the uploaded files.
