How do I schedule a tracker from iBridge?

If you need to schedule a tracker from iBridge, follow these simple steps to ensure you receive the information you need at your desired frequency:


Step-by-Step Guide:


1. Select Tracker Type:

   - Begin by choosing the tracker type you require, whether it's Operational or BGV.

   - From the available options, select the specific tracker you wish to download.


2. Choose Schedule Tracker:

   - Locate and click on the 'schedule tracker' radio button.


3. Set Frequency and Time:

   - In the frequency section, pick your desired frequency and set the time for the tracker.


4. Apply Additional Filters (Optional):

   - If necessary, you can apply additional filters such as package, check name, check status, and check severity to refine your tracker.


5. Email Report Options:

   - Under the 'Email report' option, decide whether you want the tracker emailed only to you or to others as well.

   - To include additional email recipients, select 'To myself and others/Add CC' and enter email addresses separated by commas. By default, it will be sent to you.


6. Schedule the Report:

   - Click on the 'Schedule' button to confirm and schedule the report.


7. Tracker Delivery:

   - The tracker will be automatically emailed to you and any specified recipients as per the frequency you set.


8. View Scheduled Trackers:

   - To view the list of all scheduled trackers, navigate to the trackers page.

   - Click on the 'Scheduled Reports' tab in the top left to see a comprehensive list of all trackers scheduled.

   - In case you have scheduled a custom tracker, click on Custom Tracker from Tracker pages. You will see the list of trackers in the popup.


Note: iBridge trackers will contain details of cases initiated from 2021 onwards.
