Understanding BGV Trackers

BGV Trackers serve as a vital tool for managing and tracking background verification processes of candidates. These trackers contains information about the candidates for whom BGV has been initiated by AuthBridge. Currently, there are ten distinct types of BGV trackers, each designed to provide specific insights into the verification process. Let's explore each tracker in detail:


  1. Checkwise Tracker:
    • This tracker contains the details of all cases presented in a checkwise format, with each check information in a separate row.
  2. Case Summary Tracker:
    • This tracker contains the details of all cases presented in a casewise format, consolidating each check's details into a single row.
  3. Work in Progress:
    1. This tracker contains the details of the cases where BGV is currently in progress, presented in a case-wise format.
  4. Insuff Tracker:
    • This tracker contains the details of the cases for which insufficiency has been raised. The information is presented in the casewise format.
  5. Insuff Calling Tracker:
    • This tracker contains the details of insufficiency follow-ups conducted via IVR. This tracker is useful for clients with IVR follow-up service.
  6. Non-Green Tracker:
    • This tracker contains the details of the checks which were closed with severities other than green/clear.
  7. Cost Approval Tracker:
    • This tracker contains the details of the cases for which insufficiency has been raised specifically for approval for extra cost. The details are presented in a checkwise format.
  8. On Hold Case Tracker:
    • This tracker contains the details of the cases/checks which were put on hold due to various reasons. The information is presented in a case-wise format.
  9. Checkwise Insuff Tracker:
    • This tracker is similar to Insuff Tracker with the only difference that the information are presented in a checkwise format, with each check information in a separate row.
  10. Client Name Disclosure:
    • This tracker contains the details of the cases for which insufficiency has been raised specifically for approval for disclosing the client name to the verification source. In this tracker, the information is presented in a checkwise format.


Understanding these trackers empowers HRs to navigate and optimize the BGV process effectively. Each tracker serves a specific purpose, providing granular insights into the background verification journey.
