How do I view/download my invoices?

Kindly follow the below instructions to view or download your invoices.


Postpaid Clients:


Step 1: Accessing Billing Invoices  

  • Log in to your ibridge account. 
  • Navigate to the left side panel. Locate and click on the "Billing Invoices" option. 

Step 2: Viewing Invoices  

  • Once you click on "Billing Invoices," you will be directed to a page displaying your invoices. 
  • Here, you will find the invoices for the last year, organized by date. 

Step 3: Downloading Invoices & Annexure  

  • Alongside each invoice, you will also find the download option. Click on that to download the invoice. 
  • Under more options, you will have an option to download the annexure that contains case details in the excel format.


Prepaid Clients:


Step 1: Accessing the Wallet Page 

  • Log in to your ibridge account. 
  • Look for the wallet icon located at the top right corner of your screen. 
  • Click on the wallet icon to be redirected to the wallet page. 

Step 2: Downloading Invoices 

  • On the wallet page, navigate to the section where your invoices are listed. 
  • Locate the invoice you wish to download. 
  • Click on the download option next to the invoice to save it to your device.
