How to Stop/Withdraw a Case?

If you have triggered a link to the candidate to fill out the forms and wish to withdraw the case, please follow the below steps:


    1. Locate the Case:

       - Utilize the global search or navigate to the candidate listing to find the specific case you want to withdraw.


    2. Withdraw the Case:

       - Click on the identified case, and within the case details, you will notice an option labeled 'Withdraw Case,' highlighted in red.

       - Click on the 'Withdraw Case' button and select the reason for withdrawing the case.


    3. Withdrawn Cases List:

       - Once the withdrawal process is complete, you can view the withdrawn case in the 'Terminated Cases' section under the 'Withdraw' category.


If you have submitted a case for verification and want to stop the verification, please follow the below steps:


    1. Find the Case:

       - Use the global search or the candidate listing to locate the case that needs to be stopped for verification.


    2. Stop the Case:

       - Access the case details and look for the 'Stop Case' option, highlighted in red.

       - Click on the 'Stop Case' button and choose the reason for stopping the case.


    3. Stopped Cases List:

       - After stopping the case, you can review and manage it in the 'Terminated Cases' section under the 'Stop' category.
