How to Provide 'Cost Approval' for a Case?

Cost approval is a crucial step in the case/check verification process. To streamline this process, we have provided a simple guide to help you provide 'Cost Approval' efficiently. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth approval process.


    1. Access the Case/Check:

       - Utilize the global search option or navigate to the Candidate listing tab.

       - Click on the "Action Required" dropdown and select "Cost Approval."


    2. Initiate 'Cost Approval':

       - Locate the specific case and click on it to open the details.

       - Click on the 'Cost Approval' button.


    3. Review Details:

       - Upon clicking the 'Cost Approval' button, a window will appear displaying key information such as check name, reason, and cost.


    4. Add Remarks:

       - Take a moment to add any relevant remarks or comments regarding the cost approval.


    5. Click 'Approve':

       - Once you have reviewed the details and added remarks, click on the 'Approve' button to confirm your cost approval.


    6. Verification Resumes:

       - After successfully providing cost approval, the verification process for the check will automatically resume.


    7. Monitor Progress:

   - Keep track of the case's progress by navigating to the "BGV in Progress" section and then selecting the "Work in Progress (WIP)" tab.
