How to Update Case Details?

Updating Case Details after BGV Initiation:


If you need to update case details after the BGV (Background Verification) process has been initiated, please note that editing directly from iBridge is not possible. However, we've streamlined the process for you.


   If you find the need to modify case details post-initiation, please follow these steps:

       - Click on 'Create Ticket' from the help & support widget.

       - Provide a brief description of the updates required.

       - Submit the ticket.


Our dedicated support team will promptly assist you with your request and ensure that the necessary changes are made.


Updating Case Details before BGV Initiation:


If the BGV process has not been initiated yet, you have the flexibility to update specific information on the candidate's profile. Here's how:


    1. Access Detailed Candidate View:

       - Navigate to the detailed view of the candidate in question.


    2. Update Email Address and Mobile Number:

       - In the candidate's detailed view, locate the email address and mobile number fields.

       - Edit the information as needed.


    3. Update CC Email Address:

       - If you need to update the CC email address, you can do so from the detailed candidate view.


   4. Update details of the cases initiated via candidate:

       - Locate the case from candidate listing.

       - Click on the 'Referback to Candidate' from 'More Actions'.

       - Enter your remark and click 'Referback'.

       - The candidate will receive an email to update the case information.
